About The Hibachi Pit

We are a high quality Hibachi restaurant, striving for best quality meats and vegetables we can source, serving the Concord community.

The Hibachi Pit is a pan-asian restaurant in Concord, North Carolina. It is listed at 1295 Concord Pkwy N, Concord, NC 28025, which places it among the local businesses of Concord that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.

Portion sizes and pricing swing widely across this group, from a $10 lunch bowl to a multi-course tasting menu at an upscale sushi counter, so checking recent reviews and photos is more useful than the price range alone. In Concord, dinner reservations for popular izakaya, hot pot and Korean BBQ spots fill up on Friday and Saturday nights, so booking ahead or arriving at opening is worth it. Many restaurants across North Carolina run daily lunch specials on weekdays that are not listed on the dinner menu, so it is worth asking. Halal, vegetarian and gluten-free options vary a lot by kitchen; call ahead if you have a dietary restriction rather than assuming the menu will note it.

The business lists hours on 6 days of the week. On most of those days it is open 11 am–9 pm. Note that it does not open on Monday. As with most places, expect changes around holidays; the phone number below is the fastest way to confirm. Delicious food, freshly prepared, generous portions. I love their sauces as well. The staff is hard working and so courteous. They make you feel like they know you. When providing my scrumptious meal, the young waiter gave me a big, bright smile and a quick thumbs up. See you next time!! :))

This restaurant is super underwhelming for as much as it’s advertised. I’ve visited here on 4 different occasions since the very first day they’ve opened and it has gotten worse after each time. On my very first visit here the food was fairly good, not as good as most places but still good nonetheless. On my 2nd and 3rd visits the food just seemed to get increasingly saltier. The noodles tasted like pure salt, the rice was mushy, salty, and had a super strong onion taste to it which is not very pleasant after a while of eating. It was almost as if you were getting a mouthful of onions after each bite you took. After my 3rd visit I figured that I was being a little harsh given that most of the times I visited the restaurant they were fairly busy which leads to my 4th visit being today. I made my order ahead of time so it would be prepared upon arriving. Needless to say, this didn’t change things. The sirloins I were given tasted like rare at best, no where near well done which I had requested. The rice had the same salty and mushy texture it had always had but with the new addition of hair in my food. Luckily I had barely started eating before noticing the hair but I was absolutely

This place ok. Food is Meh. Service is Meh. Nice looking place I really expected more. The only thing I enjoyed was the steak it was nice & soft. It melted like butter. But everything else was meh. Appetizer was very oily & salty. Very expensive. $80 for 2 meals & a appetizer. Crazy...... I might give them another shot just because the steak was that good, but if they let me down with the service again I'm done with them.

The food was delicious and great portion size. We had the best service from Sharon. Her smile and her suggestions on the sauces made our meal perfect. She gave us the best service and was so courteous.

Another one we have been trying to hit. We actually made it in for lunch and it wasn't that busy. The service was awesome and the food surpassed what I imagined. I asked for medium rare steak and crazy but that's what I got! The portions are large and the price is small. 100% recommended and I will be back
